A lifelong resident of Blount County, Tim Ivens brings over four decades of real estate expertise to the East Tennessee market. A graduate of Walland High School and the University of Tennessee (Class of 1982, B.S. in Real Estate & Finance), Tim has built a reputation for integrity, local knowledge, and results-driven service.
Since 1982, Tim has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes throughout Blount, Knox, Loudon, and Sevier counties. In 1989, he expanded into property development and completed several successful subdivisions in the Blount County area.

Outside the office, Linda enjoys life with her husband Tim and their two beloved dogs. Together, they make the most of Tennessee’s lakes, rivers, and mountain escapes, and always look forward to sunny getaways in Destin, Florida. They enjoy exploring local farmers markets and restaurants and proudly support dog rescue and adoption in their community.
